Eligible for refund

1. You purchased two different licenses for the same product, accidentally. We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchases.
2. There is a technical issue with the product that cannot be resolved. First, you should contact us with information about the technical issue. After submission, we will assist you to solve this issue. If this technical issue cannot be resolved then we will
approve a refund.

Not eligible for refund

1. You no longer need the purchased digital product.
2. You found another item you like better.
3. You don’t have sufficient expertise/skills to use the product.
4. You don’t have the correct software to open and edit the product.
5. You claim a technical issue related to the purchased digital products but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
6. You think that digital product was misrepresented. Misrepresentation doesn't mean any personal subjective opinion on the quality of the item.
7. You need a partial refund.
8. Your product purchase was made over 10 business days ago.
When you purchase digital products from WhiteUI.Store you automatically agree with the statements listed above and refund policy. The approved refund amount is only charged back to the initial source of payment.
